I did not realize the difference a REALLY good job would make. I contacted Harts for some routine carpet cleaning prior to our new baby. We had the carpets done before by a well known company so I didn't think much of having them done again by a different company. Harts was on time, the gentleman explained the process, took care to protect our wood stair railing from hose scuffs and got to work. The process was extremely smooth and unobtrusive.When he was done, we were shocked at how beautiful the carpet looked and felt. This was way beyond our previous experience, which we had no real complaints with (other than a rather peculiar technician trying to push a side hustle). I remember our carpets feeling a bit "crunchy", which I just translated into "clean". With Harts, our carpets looked new and were so soft. You could no longer see the common wear pathways down the hallway. Stains that had been there after the last cleaning, were actually gone! Additionally, the carpet didn't smell of heavy chemicals, which again, I had interpreted as a byproduct of the cleaning. We assisted the drying process with some box fans and they were completely dry by the morning. Overall, my husband were really impressed with the professionalism, efficiency, thoroughness, and quality of the service from Harts. We felt their prices were reasonable and reflective of the aforementioned qualities. Most importantly, we can't stress the difference in quality between this company and our last, and we weren't even all that unhappy with the previous one. Whether this is your first time or your looking for a new company, we feel Hart's was exceptional.

I had a great experience with the team at Hart's Steam Cleaning from the knowledgeable conversation at the time of booking that helped me decide what I need, to the fast and professional service. The team took extra procession by covering our wall corners to make sure the hose doesn't leave any marks. They raised our bed to make sure the wooden legs won't get wet, and they answered all the questions we had with a smile. I would definitely use their services again.
