Easy to schedule, removed the stain (from a Hoover wet vac, applied a little too enthusiastically) and for a fair price. A living room, bedroom, and master closet included. As the tech, Jerry, remarked: “There was a lot of soap in your carpet.” Yep, Jerry there was — a lot of soapy dirty water too. Carpets should not be a DIY thing.

Great service at a very reasonable price. Parker came on time and estimated it would take 3–4 hours to do some stretching and steam clean all the carpet. He finished in less than 3 hours. He was very courteous and was a pleasure to work with.

Amazing work! I applied cleaning products to a recent stain on my new couch without realizing the instructions dictated that no products were safe; the stain turned out so much worse. Hart’s Steam Cleaning provided me with a reasonable quote and was able to totally remove the stain. Their services were quick, easy, and affordable. The staff were considerate enough to make sure none of our pets escaped while bringing their supplies through the front door.

Let me start by saying, Hart’s Steam Cleaning has the most courteous, caring, and professional team. From scheduling our carpet cleaning till the service was completed, everything was top notch. I received a text the day before confirming the appointment, and a text when the tech was en route, with a picture of our tech so I knew who was coming to my home. Rudy was amazing! He showed up on time, cleaned all 7 rooms/areas, stairs, and hallways so efficiently and left them so clean. He was very thoughtful and put plastic protectors around the stairs and corners so as to not scuff the wood/paint. He covered the bottoms of my chairs so they wouldn’t be damaged and even moved nightstands and small furniture. We will definitely be using Hart’s from here on out. I hope to have Rudy back soon to clean my sofa. Thank you for everyone’s amazing service!
